Feature & Follow is a weekly meme hosted by, Parajunkee and Alison Can Read. Every Friday, each host will have their own Feature Blog which allows them to show off more new blogs! It is a fun way to not only gain new followers but to meet and make new blogger friends! If you are new to Shelf Addiction, please leave a comment below with how you're following and I will make sure to visit & follow your blog back. :-) ♥ Question: (1) What is a book that you didn't like that all your friends raved about or (2) what book did you love that wasn't popular? Answer: I'll answer both parts. I didn't care for Low Pressure nearly as much as EVERYBODY at book club. They all just loved that book. Let me tell you, I have no idea why. I mean it wasn't unreadable, but it definitely wasn't one of Brown's best either. It was barely "okay" to me. I even guessed the killer correctly half way through. I just didn't understand why they loved it so much. I loved The Vampire Huntress Legend series by L.A. Banks, all the books are phenomenal to me, but not many people know about it. That saddens me, because that series was so amazing and I always talk about it and try to encourage others to read it. That series is what jump started my love of Urban Fantasy books. Please share your #FF post with me! Happy Reading, ~Tamara |

Question: If you could choose one supernatural being/creature to really exists what would it be and why? Ex.Fae {Submitted by @seeingnight}
Answer: None! Seriously. I read about a lot of vampires, werewolves, fae, witches, warlocks, half angels, demons and the whole nine. I wouldn't want to see any of them walking down the street! Period. What makes Paranormal Romance, Urban Fantasy and Fantasy books fun is that it's all pretend. If it were real, I'm sure we all wouldn't be wanting to read about it so much. :-) What do you think?
Question: What New Years blogging or writing resolution have you placed on yourself?
Answer: I wouldn't say I have "resolutions" per say, but I did put in place 2 blogging tasks, 1 social task, and 3 reading challenges. Check out my post, 2013 Reading Challenges.
Please share! What are your blogging resolutions?
Question: WHAT HAVE YOU LEARNED FROM BOOK BLOGGING THAT YOU DIDN'T KNOW BEFORE ABOUT THE PUBLISHING INDUSTRY?
Answer: I've learned a lot of things. I've learned tons of publishing terminology. I've learned where and how to find out about new releases, popular books, book trailers, galleys and ARCS. I've even learned the steps to take if you want to get published. Not that I'm writing a book or anything, but it's nice to know that stuff anyways. Share what you've learned! Don't forget if you follow me, leave me a comment, and I'll be sure to follow back. Happy Reading ~Tamara
