I'm so excited to be featured on this weeks ##FF Feature & Follow Friday on Parajunkee's blog. Yay!! :D Thank you to both Parajunkee and Alison Can Read! My Q& A : When did you start blogging? I’d been trying to blog personally off and on for years, but it really didn't stick. Finally it dawned on me to blog about what I love most, books!! And that stuck! I started the Shelf Addiction in January of this year. What is your favorite part of book blogging? My favorite part of book blogging is meeting so many like minded people. I love that I can get geeked up about a newly released book and others are right there with me! What is your favorite book(s)? My favorite series is the Vampire Huntress Series by L.A. Banks. I just could not get enough of this series. I was sad when the books came to an end and even more sad when L.A. Banks passed. This series was the beginning of my love affair with the Urban Fantasy & Paranormal Romance genres. Beyond the Vampire Huntress Series, there are too many to list! :-) What has been the best thing that has happened to you because of book blogging? The best thing that has happened to me is that I have grown into more of an extrovert. This is huge for me, because in general I’m usually pretty quiet. My blog has really pushed me out of my comfort zone and I love that. | Feel free to follow Shelf Addiction via NetworkedBlogs, Linky or Email subscription. If you are new to Shelf Addiction, please leave a comment below with how you're following and I will make sure to visit & follow your blog back. :-) ♥ |
Answer: My usual genres are Urban Fantasy and Paranormal Romance....LOVE it! But when I want to change it up, I usually go for general fiction. That's what we read in a few of my book clubs, and that gives me a nice balance. Here area few that I really enjoyed over the last year, in no particular order.
