Question: We are about to see a lot of posts & tweets about reader conventions, RT, BEA, ALA and many more are starting soon. Which one would you love to attend? Where and why?

Answer: I attended the RT Convention last year in Chicago and I loved it! It's in Kansas City, MO this year, and sadly I can't attend.

Ultimately, I'd LOVE to to go BEA! To me it's like the mecca of readers conventions. It's the probably largest, busiest, most exciting! I love NYC and I love books, two things that make BEA perfect for me. In addition to all the amazing authors, they also have a Bloggers Conference, which I'd really like to attend. Now, if only I manage to get there! I'm crossing my fingers for next year.

ALA is in Chicago this year, so I'm going to do more research on it. If it looks good to me, I may try attend ALA 2013!

Basically, I want to go to as many conventions as I can manage. What about you?

Great post! I doubt I'll ever go to the conventions because I'm in the UK. They sound fun though.

I love NYC too, and being able to actually meet loads of bloggers <b>and</b> authors would probably make me go a little crazy with happiness :)
