Question: What do you hope to accomplish with your blog? Is it to one day become an author yourself, just for fun, maybe get some online attention, or maybe something very different?

Answer: My blog is for fun. I enjoy sharing books that I read with others. I'm always looking to make friends with like minded people, and a book blog is a great way to do that.

With that said, I want to accomplish meeting some good people and possibly make new friends.  I seek to discover new books and authors and share them with my readers and fellow bloggers. I hope to inspire other readers to venture out of their comfort zone and pick up a book or two that I recommend.  :-)  Ultimately, my goal is to have a good time being a book nerd.

Question: With all the hype about BDSM themed books lately  thanks to the Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy, what is one BDSM that you think is better? Or if you haven't read 50Shades, what is a BDSM themed book that you would recommend over it? 

Answer: I read Fifty Shades and I wasn't that impressed. I my opinion, it was just okay.  I didn't even bother reading the following two books.  

I like the Scangaurds Vampires Series, by Tina Folsom. I'm not sure if these books officially qualify as BDSM, but the bedroom scenes are right in line with the BDSM genre. The hot sex scenes combined with Urban Fantasy - the perfect mix!
