Happy New Year! & Celebrating my 2 year Blogoversary!

Happy New Year friends!

There are some awesome things coming to Shelf Addiction in 2014 and I'm excited to share with you.

• More videos. January last year I started doing videos, it was a slow start, but I've enjoyed doing them.  My goal for this year is to post at least 3 videos a month.

• More author interviews. In addition to my summer of Indie Author features event, which I believe I'll do again this year, I really would love to interview one or two of my favorite authors.  I'm also looking into integrating my interviews into a blog radio program or even a live Google chat or YouTube Live stream.  We'll see.
• More giveaways!  For my loyal subscribers and Shelf Addiction book club participants, I want to show my appreciation by doing more giveaways and possibly holding a few interactive contests for both readers and bloggers!

• Growing GLBBA. We started things off in 2013, and it was a promising start.  We are looking to do more events and finding creative ways to better network with each other. I see big things happening for this group, and I'm looking forward to making even more book blogging friends in the Midwest, Great Lake states and all around the world! Did someone say Blogoversary?

It's hard to believe that I've been blogging on my Shelf Addiction blog for 2 years officially on January 23rd!  Time has flown by. To celebrate my 2nd year of book blogging, the completion of my 1st year on YouTube and to show my appreciation to all who follow, I'll be doing 5 weekly giveaways this month, yes I said FIVE giveaways!  A new giveaway will be presented each week, they all will be open until the last day of January so come back and enter again and again, as much as you want by tweeting about the different giveaways once a day!
