I don't have a book haul post today, but instead, I do have my most highly anticipated books of 2013! There is a mix of both adult and young adult here. This is going to be a very busy reading year, especially March! This is a good amount of books, but I believe I probably missed a few. :-) What books are you most looking forward to? Please share!
Listed by release date. Mark your calendars! Feb 5, 2013 - Etiquette & Espionage (Finishing School, #1), by Gail Carrington - YA Steampunk mixed with spy training!?!?! Who wouldn't want to read this! Plus I liked her adult steampunk books. Feb 26, 2013 - Edge of Dawn (Midnight Breed, #11), by Lara Adrian - You know I have to have my Paranormal Romance! Plus, guess who has an ARC?! LOL, I'll be squeezing this in to review before the release date. Mar 19, 2013 - Clockwork Princess (Infernal Devices, #3), by Cassandra Clare - YA Fantasy/Steampunk. This is a great series. If you haven't read it, you should! Note: Read the City of Bones books first! :-) Mar 26, 2013 - Lover At Last (Black Dagger Brotherhood, #11), by J.R. Ward - Urban Fantasy meets Paranormal Romance. Gotta love it. The Fans (including myself) have been waiting patiently for Blay and Qhuinn's story. This is gonna be a hot one, so get ready! Mar 26, 2013 - Deadly Sting (Elemental Assassin, #8), by Jennifer Estep - Urban Fantasy at it's best. Kick ass female assassin with crazy elemental skills. Check this series out if you haven't yet. I have an ARC of this, so I'll be reading it as soon as I'm caught up on the series. Mar 26, 2013 - Twice Tempted (Night Prince, #2), by Jeanine Frost - Paranormal Romance. Once Burned was great, I'm looking forward to Twice Tempted. June 4, 2013 - Gameboard of the Gods (Age of X, #1), by Richelle Mead - I believe this is an adult Urban Fantasy book, but I'm not 100% sure yet. I adore most of Richelle Mead's series. July 30, 2013 - Midnight Frost ( Mythos Academy, #5), by Jennifer Estep - YA Urban Fantasy/Mythology. Follow up to Crimson Frost! Gotta check this one out. This is a well written and fun YA series. Aug 15, 2013 - Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea, by April Genevieve Tucholke - YA Horror is always fun to read. What an awesome title and cover art. I can tell this one is going to be good! Sept 26, 2013 - Divergent, #3 (currently untitled), by Veronica Roth - Of course. we have to have our dose of YA Dystopian! |
