It's been on my mind to do another casual podcast episode. Today I'm going to fill you in with what I'm up to and just share some tips. Most of the world has been in either quarantine or under a stay at home order for a while now. Personally this is my 8th week staying at home. Covid-19 has effected so many of us on in a lot of ways. Some are gaining what has been dubbed the Quarantine 15! Some have been taking special care of their mental state because being away from friends, family and people in general has been a struggle, some have been faced with loss of friends and family.
