Hey friends,
It's 9pm on the 3rd day of the Winter Wishes read-a-thon and ...my results? Not so good. I finished one book, Roomies by Sara Zarr and Tara Altebrando. I started my second book, The Dream Thieves (The Raven Cycle #2), by Maggie Stiefvater but I'm having a hard time getting into it. I actually fell asleep while reading it twice. It seems like everyone loves it, but it's been a slow start for me.
Overall I just couldn't get the time in. I worked all day Friday, so of course I couldn't read until I got home in the evening. Today I was feeling a bit yucky so I slept almost all afternoon. In a nutshell, I read mostly on Saturday. On the upside, I did interact with a many of the participants by visiting their blogs and chatting on Twitter, which was a lot of fun!
